If you download a new design off the web and when you try to load it to your layout and editing program and you can't find it, then it was probably designed and saved with the new 7.0program. 7.0 will recognize 1.0  2.0  2.5  3.0   4.0   5.0  6.0 programs but they will not recognize the new 7.0.   No older version will recognize a newer version.
